Here are some things you can do to solve this problem. Water is crucial for the body, and this problem could be caused by lack of fluids in your body. For example, high blood pressure pills cause more urination and then the body becomes dehydrated. By increasing your intake of water you could prevent nose dripping from happening. The recommended dosage for women is 90 ounces, for men 105 ounces.

Nasal irrigation is the term used for nasal hygiene. Basically, you need to mix a fluid with antibacterial properties, saline of with aloe. You will mix it in a squeeze bottle and use the fluid to rinse your nose daily. Apply the fluid on the inside of the nose, wait for a minute and then blow out the residue. This should cleanse the nose from dirt, bacteria, and viruses.

Gargling salt water is another home remedy recommended by doctors before starting antibiotics. It’s easy to do and it’s beneficial for stopping nose dripping. Mix 1 tbsp of salt with half a cup of water. Gargle for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. Repeat the procedure twice a day. Some herbal decongestants like oregano, cayenne and ginger also help in clearing out extra mucus.
