Just like any prescription drug as well as non prescription drug for that matter for those with allergies, Astepro does have the possible for causing Astepro side effects. However, not everyone who takes this may have Astepro side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. Common Astepro Side Effects
Astepro has been studied thoroughly in clinical trials in which the side effects of a group of people taking the drug are documented and compared to another group taking a placebo (a nasal spray with no active ingredients).
As a result, it is possible to see what Astepro side effects occur, how often they appear, and how they compare to the group not taking the medicine.
In these and may be reported immediately to your healthcare provider. Some examples are, but are not limited to:
* Excessive drowsiness
* An irregular heart rhythm
* Feelings of a rapidly or forcefully beating heart (referred to as heart palpitations)
* Confusion
* Signs of an allergic reaction to the medication, including an unexplained rash, hives, itching, and unexplained swelling.
Other Possible Astepro Side Effects
After medications are approved and are in use by the general public, health care providers may voluntarily report side effects. This information may point to possible side effects that were not seen in clinical trials.
However, it is very difficult (or impossible) to tell the frequency of which such side effects occur or even if they are actual side effects, being that they are reported voluntarily (and since the “side effects” could be coincidental). These reported side effects are known as “post marketing experience.”

Therefore, make sure to let your healthcare provider know if you develop any side effects while taking Astepro or if something “just does not seem right.” While it may not be a side effect, your healthcare provider will be able to diagnose and treat the problem.
