He gave me the option of having a skin test or a blood test. The allergist said that the skin test would be more useful in my case, so I did that one. I finally got the answer to what am I allergic to.

Antihistamine Side Effects

Anyone who has suffered from allergies can tell you that one of the best things available to them, whether it be over the counter (OTC) or prescription, are antihistamines. Regardless of the antihistamine side effects, the benefit from this class of drugs is tremendous. Omnaris Side Effects

If you’re like me, you’ve probably tried almost every sinus spray available to help you find out what works best for your common allergies. I’ve recently tried the nasal spray Omnaris and wanted to report on some of the Omnaris side effects I noticed. Like most people, my allergy symptoms run the gamut from runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, nose dripping and what is worst in my case is that I have nasal polyps. Sinus headache is typically caused by a sinus infection, also known as sinusitis. What are some common allergies?

When we talk about common allergies in general, most people tend to think of common allergies such as hay fever and other seasonal common allergies. But common allergies come in many shapes and sizes including asthma, hay fever (common seasonal allergies), allergies to pet dander such as dog hair, cat hair and other animal hair. In addition, common allergies can also mean allergies even to medicine or prescription medicine. How many times has your doctor or health care provider asked you if you were allergic to any medicine? Quite a bit I’m willing to bet. Also, there are other common allergies such as allergies to particular fabrics such as leather or latex. Patanase Side Effects – My concerns

I began using Patanase a few months ago at my doctors suggestion but was concerned about the Patanase side effects. Previously, I’d tried numerous corticosteroids which had varying degrees of success in treating my allergies and helping what am I allergic to. The longest I went with one particular corticosteroid spray was with Flonase. I also tried Astepro for quite a while. I had some decent results with it but it seemed that after time, the beneficial effects of it started to either wear off or subside so he asked if I would like to try Patanase. I asked him if it would be as good as, or better than, the Astepro was when I first started taking it and he said he felt it would be. I wanted to make sure I knew what the Patanase side effects were before starting on it so I asked the doctor to go over the various Patanase side effects. The Patanase side effects are similar to those in Astepro and other nasal sprays that help with allergies, runny nose and nasal polyps but I wanted to know exactly what the Patanase side effects were. What is a Neti Pot?

A neti pot is a small device made of ceramic or more recently, plastic. It typically looks somewhat like a teapot or a genie lantern. The neti pot is filled with a solution that is used to flush the sinuses of impurities, dirt, debris and mucus. The practice of cleansing the sinuses with a neti pot originated in ancient India. Translated, the phrase, “jala-neti’” means, “clean the nose with water”. The use of a neti pot is safe, effective and recently is becoming more and more acceptable and prescribed by western doctors. More recently, in addition to neti pots, allergy sufferers can also find nasal irrigation bottles in their local pharmacy or grocery store. These nasal irrigation bottles use a methodology where the solution is pushed up into the nose rather than a neti pot where gravity directs the flow of water into the sinuses and out the other nostril.
